Holistic Health Day

$15The Mildura Young Professionals are proud to bring you an insightful and yet relaxing Sunday morning with this year’s Holistic Health Day.
We’ve got Yoga and Breathing Exercises, Meditation and Mindfulness sessions, Relaxation Massage and so, so much more to offer.
We’ve also put together a great list of guest speakers, all eager to answer any questions you may have, in relation to Health and Wellness.
The day will be set out in an open and welcoming environment at the Mildura Eco Village Education Center and guest are invited to participate in any (or all) of the activities being run by our lovely, local holistic helpers.
