Foot Golf
Yes that's right, golf but with your feet. We'll be trying out something completely new in foot golf where we'll be playing golf by kicking a soccer ball with our feet on a specially modified course with the larger holes to suit. Make the most of this chance to get outside in the lovely Mildura spring weather, get active and have a go at something different. Prices to be confirmed. Lunch will be included.

We are so excited for the return of the Mildura Young Professional's Holistic Health Day! We have some great speakers coming along and it is sure to be an insightful yet relaxing morning. Our holistic helpers this year include Rachel White, who is returning for her second Holistic Health Day and will show us how to meditate, some yoga moves (not the hard ones but feel free to wear active wear!) and how to determine our Ayurvedic body type. Mildura Melbourne Cup Races
It's the race that stops the nation. And us Victorians are lucky enough to have the day off for it.
