Join us from 7.15am for breakfast to hear from Mitch about What Doesnt Kill You Makes You Stronger. \nMitch is a passionate advocate for Youth Mental Health\, he’s current role sees him as the Community Awareness and Education Officer for Headspace Mildura. He hopes to use his past experiences with mental health issues to help educate and support young people going through a tough time.
