DESCRIPTION:We are so excited for the return of the Mildura Young Professional’s Holistic Health Day! \nWe have some great speakers coming along and it is sure to be an insightful yet relaxing morning. \nOur holistic helpers this year include Rachel White\, who is returning for her second Holistic Health Day and will show us how to meditate\, some yoga moves (not the hard ones but feel free to wear active wear!) and how to determine our Ayurvedic body type. \nKendall Woodward\, a local osteopath and lover of natural remedies for our health\, will help out all of us who sit in a chair all day long including how to sit at our desk/stretches to perform at our desks and how to reduce fatigue. \nSharon Fisher will be sharing her passion for essential oils outlining their benefits and how they can assist you in your home and change your life. We’ll also get walked through a “make and take” and enjoy a bliss ball and a cup of tea made with the oils. \nNotepad/pen will be provided as well as info on all speakers to take home. \nThis Holistic Health Day is not to be missed\, only 25 spaces will be available so grab your tickets and we’ll catch you for some relaxation and a boost to our health amidst our busy professional lives. \nTicket prices are as below and can be purchased through trybooking by clicking below. \n$25 members \n$30 non-members \nBUY TICKETS\n \n
